Chief Executive Officer

Nikolas Schlosser is a Co-Founder and CEO of Terra Tech Solar, a renewable energy development company. Under his leadership, the company is developing a 134 MW pipeline of solar and storage projects across four U.S. states, with an estimated capital expenditure of $234 million.

Before founding Terra Tech Solar, Nikolas served as the Renewables Program Manager at Encompass Energy Services, where he played a pivotal role in bringing over 1 GW of renewable energy power plants online nationwide. A decorated U.S. Air Force veteran, Nikolas served as a Non-Commissioned Officer, distinguished with multiple honors and awards for exemplary leadership and service.

Chief Financial Officer

Evan Homovec is a Co-Founder and CFO of Terra Tech Solar, leveraging his extensive experience in public finance and renewable energy developments to shape Terra Tech Solar's financial strategy and ensuring the economic sustainability of its projects. Under his leadership, the company has developed a project pipeline with an estimated revenue of $693 million.

Before founding Terra Tech Solar, Evan gained his corporate finance and banking experience as a strategy consultant for Accenture’s Commercial Banking group and director of strategy for Pagaya’s capital markets and risk division.  Evan graduated from DePauw University with a B.A. in Economics and International Finance.
